In our culture we are very used to getting help from a personal trainer/coach to help us get on a good exercise program or getting help from a nutritionist to optimize our diet. We offer a 30-minute no cost, no obligation initial consultation. After that initial session, a plan can be put in place for either 3 months or 6 months of financial coaching. We are available for face to face sessions in the DFW area and for long distance sessions via phone or Skype. Financial Coaching is available in both English and Spanish.
